What we collect
When you use the quote form, you give us your name, phone number, and — if you choose — your email, ZIP code, what kind of insurance you're after, when your current policy renews, and a note. That's it. The form also has an invisible field that only spam bots fill out, which helps us ignore them.
What we do with it
- We contact you about your quote — by phone, text, or email, which you agree to when you submit the form. That consent covers your quote and your policies with us, not marketing blasts.
- Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider (currently Resend), which processes the message content in order to deliver it.
- If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as needed to service your policies and meet Arizona insurance record-keeping requirements.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Send you automated marketing texts. Ever. (Texting is for your quotes and your policies, and only because you asked.)
- Share your details with third parties except as needed to actually quote or service your insurance — for example, submitting your information to an insurance carrier to get you a price — or when the law requires it.
Analytics & cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across the internet. This site doesn't set advertising cookies or run ad trackers.
